Bigova is part of the Donji Grbalj area, located between Budva and Tivat. It is a cove situated deeply inland. Because of such a position, it used to be a fishing port used by fishermen as a shelter during storms. Nowadays, it is a  fishing village and a port. It is known for its  medicinal clay, found at the very tip of the Bigovo cove, and for its rocky beach, delicious fish and fishing feasts.
